Dale E. White, ProBid LLC Managing Partner started his own small business consulting firm in 1994 after working as a business development specialist for The Neighborhood Institute (TNI), a subsidiary of the former ShoreBank Corporation, Chicago, Illinois. His business specializes in loan packaging, turnaround management consulting, entrepreneurial training, and on-site contractual management services for nonprofit community economic development corporations. He is a graduate of Roosevelt University, Chicago, Illinois.
Dale has also assisted clients of the Metropolitan Economic Development Association (MEDA) obtain SBA 7(a) loans. He also helped New Unity, Inc. (a Pillsbury Neighborhood Services subsidiary) between 1995 and 1997 establish a micro-loan program, temporary employment service, light assembly/ manufacturing business, and landscaping and lawn care service.
Dale has also served as chair of the Economic Development Committee of Metropolitan Consortium of
Community Developers; and is a former board member of LegalCORPS, a pro bono legal organization.
Erroll T. Foster, ProBid LLC Managing Partner started his career with the United States Army as a nuclear weapons technician. He graduated from Western Illinois University majoring in industrial technology concentrating in construction and drafting with a minor in management. During his summers he interned with the Illinois Department of Transportation, and then became full time post graduation. Erroll was exposed to first class training while serving in the roll of resident engineer with IDOT. He completed many bridge projects as well as road overlays and road construction projects while serving in this role.
Erroll's exposure to sales and marketing came from the prestigious companies of Warner Lambert and Merck Pharmaceutical were he excelled in sales. He was exposed to different types of selling approaches which garnered him top sales honors at these respected companies.
In 2001 Erroll started Image Contractors LLC, a small contracting company that focused on commercial, governmental and residential construction. Image received many contracts from local governmental agencies such as the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority as well as Housing and Urban Development. While running his company Erroll also taught carpentry mathematics and blueprint reading at Summit Academy in Minneapolis.
Sara Reller, Selby Managing Partner Representative to ProBid LLC began working for Selby Area CDC in 2003. She currently instructs ProBid classes and specializes in the computer hardware, software, and internet portions of the training program including instruction on Mn/Dot’s Bid Express online bidding program. Sara is also part of the curriculum development team.
Sara developed the contractor’s website for DBE and other trade persons to use that includes relevant links to many web-based resources which draws over 3,000 hits a week from business owners that have come through the ProBid program. She also tracks and compiles class information, DBE contact data, and surveys. Sara also manages and contributes to the Community News, a 10,000 circulation collaborative print newsletter with three to nine other nonprofit and community-based organizations. She writes and formats the biweekly community email newsletter as well as manages Selby’s Micro Entrepreneur Training Program. She maintains, purchases, and trouble shoots computer software, hardware, and other electronic equipment for the organization and its small business clients. Sara is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Morris.
